Information about your order

How do I create a customer account?

If you do not yet have a customer account in our online shop, please click on Register in the login mask. Now enter your customer number and your e-mail address stored with us. You will receive a link to this email address with which you can set a password and activate your customer account.

If you do not yet have a customer number and would like to register as a dealer, please send your business registration and a trade certificate for the hunting or sport shooting branch to info@fritzmann.org.

How can I find items in the web shop?

Enter the Fritzmann article number or the term you are looking for in the search bar and confirm by clicking on the search button or with Enter.

How do I order?

First select one or more articles and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the Add button. Browse through our range and choose the items you need. As soon as you are finished, you can click on the shopping cart button in the menu bar to go to the shopping cart and check or adjust your order again. By clicking on the Complete order button, you confirm your selection and go to the final order overview. You can store additional notes on the order there and, if you have stored several delivery addresses with us, select a corresponding delivery address. Finally, click on Send order to complete the ordering process.

How can I order articles directly?

You can also order items directly by clicking the Direct Order link in the menu bar. Alternatively, you can also add items directly to the shopping cart.

How can I cancel my order?

Can I order items that are not listed in the online shop?

Is the ordering process at shop.fritzmann.org safe?
